The 1918 Pandemic at DU

The assignment I am including is my final research project on campus history. Because the COVID-19 pandemic was in full swing at this point, with hundreds of new cases being reported on campus, I decided to investigate historical similarities in the 1918 influenza pandemic—one which also affected DU to a large degree. I was limited to abstract-length descriptions for each page, which forced me to be concise with the research I had done. Because of this work I was nominated for Outstanding First Year Writer in the department.
